My item has arrived damaged
Don't worry, we will replace your item free of charge. 

Just take a picture of the damaged item and send the image to our customer service team who will arrange for a replacement to be sent out. You must contact us within 30 days from the date the order was delivered.

We may ask you to return high value items, our customer service team will discuss the options available with you.

I no longer want the item or have received the wrong item
If you wish to return an item - for example a regular subscription issue, a special edition, or if  you've received the wrong item - please return the item/s in a resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery. A refund for the cost of the item will be issued upon receipt.

How long does it take to cancel my subscription?
We will cancel your subscription within 30 days of notice - however, most of the time this is done within a week.

After cancellation I have received a further issue, why?
Sometimes a shipment can be sent out before a cancellation request is processed.

We recommend you refuse the delivery, however if this is not possible please return the item in its original packaging and we issue a full refund. In these cases, Customer Services will inform you if an item is en route.

Do you offer free post returns?
We do not cover the cost for postage on returns that have not been damaged. If the item is damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team to discuss your options.

When can I expect my refund?
Once your returned order has been received, a refund will be processed within 10 working days. Alternatively if you have an online account with us, a credit can be applied to your account that can be used for any future orders.
